Wastewater Permitting Engineer

JEA, is the 8^th largest municipal utility system in the United States is seeking an engineer experienced in State of Florida Wastewater regulatory requirements related to wastewater treatment, reuse and disposal. Responsible will include leading permitting and compliance efforts for numerous wastewater systems, assisting in setting policy guidelines and participating in rulemaking activities at local and state levels. The optimum candidate will have a minimum of 4 years professional experience interpreting and applying State and Federal rules to industrial or municipal wastewater systems, and shall have FL PE license or demonstrate ability to obtain licensing within 2 years of employment.
