UTILITIES MANAGER

The Dunes Community Development District located in Palm Coast, FL, is seeking applicants for this administrative and technical position directing the operations of the Utilities Division including water, wastewater, reclaimed irrigation and stormwater management systems.   The successful applicant will supervise the installation, operation, maintenance and preservation of all of the District’s utility facilities and equipment.   Must be a self-starter who possesses superior communication, managerial and team-building skills.  Responsible for coordinating the implementation of a Design-Build contract for the expansion of the water treatment facilities.  Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences or related discipline.   A minimum of 5 years of responsible utility management experience is required.
